Welcome to Stow Garden. These terms explain how our store works and what you can expect from us. We've kept the legal jargon to a minimum, because we'd rather you actually read this.
Who We Are
Stow Garden is a retailer of genuine Keter and Patiowell outdoor storage products, based in Scarborough, East Yorkshire, United Kingdom. Everything in our store is a genuine product from these two brands — no imitations, no grey-market stock. You get the same authentic product and the same manufacturer warranty you'd get buying direct from the brand.
Product Information
Photos, descriptions and specifications come from the manufacturers and from our own research, and we do our best to keep them accurate. Please treat them as a guide:
- Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
- Accessories, furniture, tools, plants and decorations shown in photographs are for illustration only and are not included unless the description clearly says otherwise.
- Dimensions are provided by the manufacturer — always double-check your space before ordering.
Pricing and Payment
Prices can change from time to time, but the price you pay is always the price shown at checkout when you complete your order. Payment is processed securely through trusted payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Orders
When you place an order you're making an offer to purchase. In most cases we confirm and process it straight away. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in certain situations — an item unexpectedly out of stock, an obvious pricing error, or suspected fraud. If that happens we'll contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
Shipping and Returns
Delivery is free across mainland UK with a 2 working day handling time and 3 to 5 working days delivery after dispatch. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unassembled items in their original packaging. Full details are in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
Keter and Patiowell are trademarks of their respective owners. We use their names, images and product materials in our capacity as a retailer of their products. All other content on this site belongs to Stow Garden.
