Shipping Policy

Free Delivery, Mainland UK

Every order ships free to mainland UK addresses. No minimum spend, no surcharge at checkout, no "free over £X" threshold. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

Handling Time: 2 Working Days

Once you place your order we verify it, confirm stock and dispatch within 2 working days. You'll get an order confirmation email straight away.

Working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday start processing the next working day.

Delivery Time

Mainland UK: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch — so typically 5 to 7 working days in total.

Smaller items such as storage cabinets tend to arrive faster; large sheds travel on a pallet and can take a little longer.

Important: Large Sheds Arrive in Several Boxes

Worth knowing before delivery day: larger sheds ship in several numbered cartons, and they don't always arrive on the same day — sometimes a day or two apart. This is completely normal.

Before you start assembly, check the box numbers against the list in your manual and make sure you have the full set.

Pallet Deliveries and Access

Larger sheds are delivered kerbside on a pallet. Please consider where the lorry can stop and how you'll move the cartons. If access is tight, email us before ordering and we'll work out the best option.

Tracking Your Order

We email your tracking number the moment your order leaves the warehouse. If the tracking hasn't moved for a few days, get in touch and we'll chase the carrier for you.
