Everything about getting your shed from us to your garden, without the small print.

Free delivery, mainland UK

Every order ships free to mainland UK addresses. No minimum spend, no surcharge at checkout, no “free over £X” threshold. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

Timings

Dispatch: within 2 working days of your order.
Delivery: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Total: typically 5 to 7 working days from order to doorstep.

Working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday start processing the next working day.

The multiple-box thing

This is the one that catches people out, so we'll say it plainly: large sheds arrive in several numbered cartons, and they don't always turn up on the same day. A day or two apart is completely normal and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.

Before you start building, check the box numbers against the list in your manual and make sure you have the full set. Starting an assembly with one carton missing is the single most common way to lose a Saturday.

Tracking

We email your tracking number the moment the order leaves the warehouse. If it hasn't moved for a few days, tell us and we'll chase the carrier — you shouldn't have to.

Access

Larger sheds travel on a pallet and are delivered kerbside. Have a think about where the lorry can stop and how you'll move the cartons up the drive. If access is tight, email us before you order and we'll work out the best option.
